Usage Notice
1. The water filter needs to be installed and placed vertically for normal performance. 2. Applicable water temperature: 2 ° c – 38 ° c
3. After the installation, the water filtration system needs to flush continuously for about 15 minutes to be clear before using the filtered water.
4. When the water filtration system is pending for 8 hours or more, it is recommended to flush the water for 30 seconds before using it.
5. The water filtration system is only suitable for filtering room temperature water. Do not filter hot water as it will damage the filter element.
6. Do not use this product if you suspect that the water source is contaminated or not disinfected.
7. The water filtration system and the surface of the water pipe can only be cleaned with water and a damp cloth. It is not recommended to disassemble the hose for cleaning
8. Replace the filter element when the water flow speed slows down. It is recommended to replace the filter element every 6 to 12 months, but it depends on the amount of water and the quality of the water. The maximum service life of the filter element is 12 months.
9. If cleaning the water tank, please suspend the use of the water filtration system and drain the fresh water remaining in the water pipe after cleaning the water tank. Only use fresh water treated by the water filtration system when the fresh water is clear, otherwise the life of the filter element will be affected and the speed of replacing the filter element will be accelerated.
10. The water filtration system should not be placed near a fire or stove.
11. Before installation and use, please read the installation and operation guidelines to avoid any loss of property due to water leakage.
12. Watson's water is not responsible for any product failure caused by improper installation or maintenance.

Watsons Water Solution provides free delivery service (one-time)
After the order is confirmed, the customer service department of Watsons Water Solution will contact the customer to confirm the delivery address, delivery time and date, or arrange for delivery through a designated courier company. The product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.
There are 2 options for free delivery service (please choose one in advance):
- Delivery by Watsons Water Solution during the delivery period, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. If there is no one to receive the goods or the goods are refused without reason, Watsons Water Solution reserves the right to charge an additional fee to the customer.
- If the customer cannot receive the goods during office hours or there is no one to receive the goods, the customer can choose to pick up the goods from a designated courier.
Watsons Water Solution Maintenance Service
Customers who purchase the Watsons Water Solution CF1 water filter can enjoy 3 years maintenance service. Customers need to register on the designated website (details can be found on the Watsons Water Solution website) and keep the original receipt as proof of purchase. The lifetime maintenance service includes:
• Professional after-sales consultation and service
• Free replacement of parts^ once only (excluding filter cartridges)#
• Follow-up service^*
• Replacement filter cartridge reminder service
^Parts include "Oring" and " Thread Adapter ", and a one-time postal service. Replacement is not available if the water filter has been wet/damp or used, or if it has been previously used.
#For additional maintenance and repair services, customers must bring the water filter to the Watsons Water Solution maintenance department for confirmation by Watsons Water Solution maintenance staff before replacement, and relevant fees may apply. The address is Watsons Distilled Water Centre, 6 Tai Lee Street, Taipo Industrial Estate, and customers are advised to call the customer service hotline +852 2662 1993 to make an appointment before visiting.
*The Watsons Water Solution filter must be installed by an authorized technician from Watsons Water Solution before the follow-up service can be enjoyed. Otherwise, fees may apply for on-site replacement or repair. If the repair involves other parts and transportation services, relevant fees will be charged.

Watsons Water Solution Technical Support & Fee
Regarding the installation of the filter, we recommend that customers understand the type of faucet in their home before purchasing and can install it themselves without using any tools to install the diverter on the faucet. The installation process is typically very simple and can be completed in a few minutes. If customers require a professional technician to come to their home, we can provide actual photos and suggestions for the installer to conduct a preliminary assessment and arrange for necessary parts.
The basic cost for on-site installation is $400, which includes parts. The basic on-site installation service includes installing the diverter on the water outlet faucet. Parts include connectors, “Thread Adapter", and "O ring". It does not include drilling holes. Additional fees of $350 are charged for areas such as outlying islands, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan (except Tung Chung), certain remote areas, or places that are difficult for Watsons Water solution vehicles to reach. Village houses are not included.
