*The 100°C hot water outlet temperature refers to the internal tank temperature of the instantaneous heating system. The actual outlet temperature may vary by ±5°C due to ambient temperature fluctuations.

To prevent damage from dry operation in the event of an empty water tank, the unit automatically activates dry-run protection upon power-up. Consequently, the first cup of water may be cooler than expected or the dispensing may cease automatically. This is normal behaviour; subsequent dispensing will resume normal operation.

· Watsons Water Solution provides 12-month warranty, starting from the receipt date of the water dispenser. Parts will be charged separately after warranty. Please keep the invoice for proof of purchase.
